With the acquisition of 100% of shares, Casati Arredamenti joins the Gruppo MBA srl.

With the new entry, the Group completes its range of products and services with green and stylish solutions for home and contract furnishings.

Gruppo MBA srl, through its subsidiaries, aims to become the leading company on the Italian and European Market for the manufacturing of materials for Green Building, through which it creates high-performance timber buildings, modular toilet systems and modular living systems for the home and office.
