MBA SWISS gmbh, Gruppo MBA srl reference general contractor for swizzera, specializing in prefabricated green building construction operating throughout the Swiss market is looking for a:
JOB ORDER PROJECT MANAGER
The person we are looking for will be coordinated and supported by an MBA sales and technical office contact person, as well as a job order operations manager present at the site and will perform his or her work at the technical/commercial offices and will perform the following activities:
- Contract acquisition in its total project ensemble;
- Review of the design with fine-tuning of any construction details or details;
- Completion of design according to the job order and what is regulated therein;
- Selection, definition of suppliers and subcontractors;
- Management and coordination of resources employed at the site;
- Supervision and coordination of all subcontractors for civil and plant engineering activities in close coordination with the site manager;
- Measurement and site accounting;
- Definition and monitoring of all security procedures:
- Establishment and monitoring of all procedures for tidiness and cleanliness, waste management, environmental protection and respect within the construction site;
- Definition and monitoring of all figures on site both operational and as “Visitors” ensuring compliance with all safety and image procedures of the Gruppo MBA srl.
- Coordination and supervision of all procurement image and communication procedures
Requirements and skills:
- Surveyor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Edile Engineering or Architecture (preferred);
- Experience in civil and industrial construction of at least 3 years;
- Mastery in the use of computer tools.
- Ability to manage groups of people;
- Excellent technical knowledge in the field of construction and building materials;
- Experience in private contracting;
- Propensity for problem solving and for managing and relating to articulate groups of people;
- Residence in Italy or Canton of Ticino
- Good command of Italian/German languages
The candidate should have a flexible attitude to working hours and possible travel, dynamic and constructive character also in dealing with people, always have a good orientation to the final results, be predisposed to autonomy in managing activities as well as good interpersonal and team working skills.
