MBA EDILIZIA SRL, Gruppo MBA srl reference general contractor for Italy, specializing in prefabricated green building construction operating throughout the Italian market is looking for a:
PROJECT MANAGER DI COMMESSA
The person we are looking for will be coordinated and supported by an MBA sales and technical office contact person, as well as a job order operations manager present at the site and will perform his or her work at the technical/commercial offices and will perform the following activities:
- Reviewing existing contracts and opening the file;
- Based on the sales contract, analyze bids to be forwarded later to suppliers/subcontractors in relation to the job order procurement plan;
- Deliver the technical specifications and tender documents for the acquisition of materials and services provided for each job in accordance with the terms of supply;
- To be a reference for the technical area in selecting the most suitable materials/systems with respect to a specific job order;
- Follow the process of subcontracting, service and supply contracts from drafting to signing, in accordance with company standards, proceeding to their filing upon completion:
- Research and selection of new suppliers according to company standards and protocols;
- Prepare and send order confirmations with relevant documentation;
- Monitor the scheduling of service providers;
- Constantly collaborate and coordinate with the various technical functions of the company to define contracts and/or goods to be purchased;
- Verify contract procedures.
Requirements and skills:
- Surveyor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Edile Engineering or Architecture (preferred);
- Experience in civil and industrial construction of at least 3 years;
- Mastery in the use of computer tools.
- Ability to manage groups of people;
- Excellent technical knowledge in the field of construction and building materials;
- Experience in private contracting;
- Propensity for problem solving and for managing and relating to articulate groups of people;
- Residence in the province of Bergamo.
- Good command of Italian languages
The candidate should have a flexible attitude to working hours and possible travel, dynamic and constructive character also in dealing with people, always have a good orientation to the final results, be predisposed to autonomy in managing activities as well as good interpersonal and team working skills.
