MBA EDILIZIA SRL, Gruppo MBA reference general contractor for Italy, specializing in prefabricated green building construction operating throughout the Italian market is looking for a:
PRODUCTION MANAGER WOODWORKING DEPARTMENT
The person we are looking for will be coordinated and supported by the MBA technical department project manager, will work at one of the MBA group’s production departments, and will perform the following tasks:
- Management, organization and scheduling of factory work in the carpentry department;
- Management and coordination of resources employed in the plant;
- Measurement and production accounting;
- Coordination and supervision of all safety procedures:
- Coordination and supervision of procedures for order and cleanliness, waste management, environmental protection and respect within the production department
- Coordination and supervision of all logistics activities including loading and unloading of trucks;
Requirements and skills:
- Geometry degree or training courses in steel or wood carpentry field;
- Mastery in the use of computer tools.
- Ability to manage groups of people;
- Propensity for problem solving and for managing and relating to articulate groups of people;
- Residence in the province of Bergamo.
- Good command of Italian languages
The candidate should have a flexible attitude to working hours and travel, dynamic and constructive character also in dealing with people, always have a good orientation to the final results, be predisposed to autonomy in managing activities as well as good interpersonal and team working skills.
