Fiscal, commercial, and financial activities have come into the group to complement the corporate business, so we are looking for :
MARKETING DEPARTMENT MANAGER
The person we are looking for will be coordinated and supported by the general management italia, will be responsible for leading and developing innovative marketing strategies and will carry out the following activities:
- Define and implement a marketing strategy for group sectors in line with corporate objectives.
- Implement integrated marketing plans to promote our products and services, using a combination of online and offline channels.
- Creation and implementation of engaging content.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and emerging trends in the biobuilding and prefabrication industry.
- Work with the sales team to create high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, videos, and more.
- Manage the marketing budget and monitor the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain constant monitoring of key marketing metrics and provide periodic performance reports.
- Create, plan and manage corporate events seminars, conferences and trade shows.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum one-year experience in communications and marketing, preferably in the sustainability efficiency field;
- In-depth knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, managing complex projects effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
The candidate should have a flexible attitude to working hours and travel, dynamic and constructive character also in dealing with people, always have a good orientation to the final results, be predisposed to autonomy in managing activities as well as good interpersonal and team working skills.
