MBA EDILIZIA SRL, Gruppo MBA srl reference general contractor for Italy, specializing in prefabricated green building construction operating throughout the Italian market is looking for a:
SITE MANAGER
The person we are looking for will be coordinated and supported by the MBA technical office project manager, will work at one of the construction sites located in Italy, and will perform the following activities:
- Direction, organization and scheduling of civil/construction site work, monitoring of work progress in accordance with the schedule;
- Management and coordination of resources employed at the site;
- Supervision and coordination of all subcontracted workers for civil and plant engineering activities;
- Measurement and site accounting;
- Coordination and supervision of all safety procedures:
- Coordination and supervision of procedures for tidiness and cleanliness, waste management, environmental protection and respect within the construction site;
- Coordination and supervision of all figures on site as “Visitors” ensuring compliance with all Gruppo MBA srl safety and image procedures.
- Coordination and supervision of all image and communication procedures of subcontractors and or laborers present within an MBA worksite
Requirements and skills:
- Surveyor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Edile Engineering;
- Experience in civil and industrial construction of at least 3 years;
- Mastery in the use of computer tools.
- Ability to manage groups of people;
- Excellent technical knowledge in the field of construction and building materials;
- Experience in private contracting;
- Propensity for problem solving and for managing and relating to articulate groups of people;
- Residence in the province of Bergamo.
- Good command of Italian languages
The candidate should have a flexible attitude to working hours and travel, dynamic and constructive character also in dealing with people, always have a good orientation to the final results, be predisposed to autonomy in managing activities as well as good interpersonal and team working skills.
Working hours: full-time
Work area: Italy
